Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is protected by a shipping bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
